Ingredients:
2 cans peach pieces in light syrup (29 oz each), drained (save syrup)
1 stick unsalted butter
2 cups Bisquick (original)
1 cup milk
1 cup peach drink (Minute Maid peach used)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sugar/cinnamon blend (1 cup sugar, 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon), divided
2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
3 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp peach drink (Minute Maid peach)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put butter in a 10×14 baking dish and place in oven to melt.
In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, peach drink, sugar, most of the sugar/cinnamon blend, and 1 tsp vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
Combine corn starch and peach drink in a cup. Mix until smooth.
In a saucepan, bring saved peach syrup to a light boil. Add corn starch mixture, cook until thick. Remove from heat, add remaining vanilla.
Pour batter over melted butter in the baking dish. Add peaches over the batter, then pour syrup mixture. Do not stir.
Bake for 60 minutes until crust is dark golden brown.
Sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon on top. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
