Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons sage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, cooked sausage, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, eggs, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
