°1 lb (453 g) beef flank steak, thinly sliced
°1 onion finely chopped
°seasoned salt (divided)
°1 c. Montreal Spice Steak
°1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
°16 slices of provolone cheese
°4 vegetable oil tortillas
