Just whipped up this No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake and it’s a slice of heaven!
Perfect for those warm summer days when you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipping cream)
Orange slices and whipped cream, for garnish
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup powdered sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Before serving, garnish with orange slices and additional whipped cream.
