INDIAN CAKE VERY EASY THIS CAKE IS DELICIOUS
DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
8 egg whites
6 egg yolks
100 g of butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
FILLING:
2 egg yolks
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 can of cow’s milk (measured by the can of condensed milk)

METHOD OF PREPARATION
PASTA:
Beat the egg whites and set aside
Then beat the egg yolks, sugar and butter in a mixer until creamy.
Add the cinnamon and breadcrumbs (the dough will be very dry), mix well and add the egg white without beating.
Just mix with the spatula, and the dough will take on a cake consistency.
Lastly, add the yeast to the dough, mixing lightly
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C
COVERING AND FILLING:
Mix all the ingredients in a pan and heat over low heat until it reaches a soft brigadeiro consistency.
Divide the cake in half and fill with half the cream
Place the other half on top and add cinnamon powder
