Easiest Cobbler – Full Recipe

This dessert is a true celebration of summer flavors and is perfect for any occasion,

be it a family gathering, a casual BBQ, or a quiet evening at home.

Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.

Not only is this cobbler delicious,

but it also fills your home with the most inviting aroma, making it a joy to both make and eat.

Ingredients:
4 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the berries with 1/4 cup of sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
Scatter the sugared berries evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
