My grandma made this Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken when she was 33,
and it’s been a family legend ever since.
Tried it myself, and it’s just as incredible as she always described!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup sour cream (optional for creamier texture)
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the Caesar salad dressing and sour cream (if using) until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Pour the Caesar dressing mixture over the chicken, ensuring each breast is covered.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
