One of the most highly anticipated matches at the WWE Bash in Berlin saw Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest take on Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio in a brutal Mixed Tag Team Match.
Hungry for revenge, the Terror Twins fought meticulously through all obstacles, determined to right their wrongful singles losses at SummerSlam earlier this month.
Despite The Judgment Day’s best efforts, the newly turned babyfaces picked up the win, and it was the Women’s World Champion who shockingly took the pinfall.
Here, we look at five reasons Rhea Ripley pinned Liv Morgan at Bash in Berlin. So, without further ado, let’s begin.
#1 Rhea Ripley gets her revenge against Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio

Rhea Ripley returned from her injury with vengeance on her mind and after the betrayal at SummerSlam, she was seeking retribution against Dominik Mysterio as well. Liv Morgan boldly took credit for ruling Mami out of action, and the former champion was desperate to get one over the Women’s World Champion.
Although Damian Priest played his role well in the Mixed Tag Team Match, Ripley was the one who needed to win the bout for her team. It allowed her to get a lick back, while the Archer of Infamy would probably get his pinfall victory when he finally faces Finn Balor.
#2 Huge title rematch potentially set for WWE Bad Blood
Rhea Ripley was forced to relinquish her gold after picking up a shoulder injury. She returned to find the title resting on Liv Morgan’s shoulders and immediately got a title shot at SummerSlam. However, Mami was defeated after a shocking betrayal from Dirty Dom, who chose Morgan over the former Judgment Day member.
Pinning Liv Morgan at Bash in Berlin will give Ripley her much-deserved title rematch against the champion. The two superstars may lock horns again at Bad Blood and, this time, one-half of the Terror Twins could reclaim her Women’s World Championship.
#3 Bold decision in storied rivalry with The Judgment Day
The Terror Twins held the upper hand in their feud with the new Judgment Day, seeking revenge for the betrayal. The heel faction only managed to restore the balance two weeks before the big Mixed Tag Team Match and used numbers to repeat the same at Bash in Berlin.
However, Priest and Ripley were ready with answers against Carlito and JD McDonagh. Finn Balor momentarily managed to derail the Archer of Infamy but the former World Heavyweight Champion found his footing and dismissed the numbers advantage.
This loss now needs the new Judgment Day to hit back boldly to have a shot at saving their credibility on the red brand.
#4 Finn Balor takes the lead for the heel faction on WWE RAW
Liv Morgan’s and Dominik Mysterio’s loss may push Finn Balor to take things into his own hands. The Prince repeatedly insisted that the group had no singular leader and that he would strike when Damian Priest least expected. However, he could be forced to change his plans after Bash in Berlin.
Rhea Ripley pinning Morgan allowed Damian Priest to focus on the rest of The Judgment Day members who ran interference, especially Balor. We may see the latter steer to the forefront of Judgment Day’s feud with the Terror Twins as the focus moves towards the rivalry between Priest and his former tag team partner.
#5 Big loss for Dominik Mysterio before a bigger win
Liv Morgan being pinned at Bash in Berlin exposes her to a title challenge from Rhea Ripley. At the same time, Triple H may have booked this finish to protect Dominik Mysterio as The Game may have huge plans in store for the biggest heel in the promotion.
Dom Dom is set to compete in the Triple Threat Match on WWE RAW in hopes of getting closer to the Intercontinental Championship. He would be an incredible opponent to dethrone Bron Breakker, drawing mega heat from fans.
The creative team may use his and Morgan’s loss at Bash in Berlin to push The Judgment Day into employing all means necessary to help Dominik get his hands on his first singles title on the main roster.
